LYSAGHT FLATDEK® is screw fixed in the pans as a screw through the ribs will damage the rib at the sides and result in holes for water to enter.

Because LYSAGHT FLATDEK® is pan fixed it is recommended that it be used in open sided awnings where a high degree of weather tightness is not required.

The LYSAGHT NOVALINE® Fascia system has one style clip that can be used in all applicatons. This bracket is attached with 2 (minimum) screws to the base of the truss. The positioning of the bracket can vary depending on the soffit line and the roof. The recess lip on the bottom of the actual fascia carries the soffit between the fascia and the external lining of the building. The top of the fascia does not carry the roof. It generally sits 20mm below the roof underside of the roof line. Spacing of clips for sheet roofs to be 1200mm maximum, and 600mm for tile roofs.

You also need to allow for an adjacent storage area 7 metres wide by the length of your required sheets when the cladding is rollformed to the ground.

It is not recommended to unclip LYSAGHT KLIP-LOK® 406 once the cladding is installed. Unclipping can damage the clips, cladding or metallic coating on the cladding. It is difficult to assess how LYSAGHT KLIP-LOK® 406 will perform after such damage.

No, the mobile rollformer is self powered and designed to work in most conditions without the need to plug in to secondary power.

The special locating tabs on the spacer bar of the LYSAGHT KLIP-LOK 700 HI-STRENGTH® clip can be flattened easily to allow adjustment during installation.

No. We do not recommend LYSAGHT MULTICLAD® for roofing purposes. Try our roofing profiles for other suggestions. However this product is commonly used as an overall cladding for trailers, portable buildings, and the like.

It is good practice to only walk in the pans, however at supports only it is safe to stand on the ribs.

No, we recommend LYSAGHT CUSTOM ORB®, in 0.42mm or 0.48mm base metal thickness (BMT) for roofing purposes. LYSAGHT CUSTOM BLUE ORB®, 0.6mm BMT can also be used for curved roofing. LYSAGHT WALLCLAD® is available in a 0.55mm base metal thickness (BMT). Bluescope Lysaght recommends 0.42mm BMT as a minimum for roofing purposes. LYSAGHT CUSTOM ORB® is our equivalent corrogated profile for roofing, which is available as 0.42mm and 0.48mm BMT. LYSAGHT CUSTOM BLUE ORB® in 0.6mm BMT can also be used for curved roofing.

LYSAGHT TRIMWALL® is available in a 0.35mm base metal thickness (BMT). For roofing products we recommended using 0.42mm or 0.48 BMT our roofing equivelent for TRIMWALL® is TRIMDEK®
